A NOTE FROM AVA

Breathwork and meditation changed everything for me. I have been reborn time and time again using these practices as my rocket ship for infinite growth.

Everything shifted when I really understood that it isn’t just for the experience within the 20 minutes I’d sit in stillness, it is for who I became with eyes open, walking throughout my day. The beginning didn’t feel like much, if I wasn’t devoted, I probably would have disregarded these practices - but just like everything natural, it took time for my roots to ground and for my practice to blossom into what it is today. It was a slow burn that alchemized into a wildfire of creativity, heart opening + bursting love, a deep connection to feeling my own presence and the presence of God around me always.

Through my practice, I experienced deep devotional love of self and love of the world - despite the flaws that once had me wrapped in self loathing and hopelessness. I've struggled to meditate, will this course be good for me?

Whether you've been meditating for years or have officially labeled yourself a "bad meditator," this course will offer you a fresh perspective and techniques to support you in finally creating a practice that supports your unique lifestyle. You'll learn how to combat excuses and start showing up for yourself to create a personal ritual that works for you.


I have pre-existing health conditions, can I still enroll?

Breathwork is generally safe when practiced with care. However, there are a few cases when it would not be advised to do breathwork; namely for anyone with a known cardiac arrhythmia (including very slow heart rate), a history of heart block, or people taking certain antipsychotic medications. Additionally, some types of breathwork can induce hyperventilation, which can bring on dizziness, chest pain, and pounding heartbeat. Check with your doctor before you start a breathwork practice if you have a history of any of the following or are currently taking antipsychotic medications.

Breathwork not recommended if you have any of the following:

  • breathing issues
  • cardiovascular issues
  • high blood pressure
  • history of aneurysms
  • osteoporosis
  • recent physical injuries or surgeries
  • severe psychiatric symptoms
  • vision issues

What can I expect once I begin?

Once you begin, trust that this course is going to serve as an expander for your mind, body and spirit. There will be times when resistance comes up, there will be moments that are challenging, there will be many times of extreme bliss and relaxation. Welcome it all.

Throughout the course, we'll be speaking to various experiences that you may navigate so you feel supported throughout your entire journey.
